We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team and ensure our sales systems, pricing, and data processes run seamlessly, supporting informed decision-making and operational excellence. What You’ll Do As our Sales Coordinator , you’ll be the key link between sales operations, systems, and analytics, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data that underpins business performance. You’ll work closely with Sales Teams and Regional Sales Leader to unleash growth opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include: Sales and Systems Support Support Sales Teams, Sales Leaders, and Regional Leadership with system processes and transactional tasks. Review and maintain Regional Sales Master Data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide timely and relevant reporting to support sales activities, including: Daily Orders for Weekly Wrap-Up Post Delivery Summary CASH/COD Waiting Time / Return Concrete Surcharges Lab Billing Investigate Unbilled Report Top Customer Report Ordered vs Delivered Report Credit Application Summary (New Customer Report) Outstanding Market Segments Report Pricing and Quotation Management Drive the facilitation of the Pricing Increase process and ensure accuracy of the Pricing Master Data in collaboration with the National Sales & Marketing team. Maintain local pricing records and ensure alignment with the regional pricing strategy. Review and approve or decline quotations requiring discount approvals, ensuring compliance with delegation and margin guidelines. Manage Exemptions to Surcharges applied to both customer numbers and quotations. Support the price increase and price performance process in line with National Sales & Marketing deadlines. Process and System Integrity Review and enhance system process integrity and compliance. Identify and recommend improvements to pricing and sales models. Manage Hconnect/Onsite new user setup and provide 1:1 or small group training on sales systems. Produce and analyse reports that drive opportunity focus and operational efficiency. What You’ll Bring Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales support function or a similar commercial support role, ideally within the construction or building materials industry. Additionally, has had min 4 years in a customer experience environment. Knowledge/Skills: Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred). CRM experience (preferred). Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Confident providing system training to team members. Behaviour: High energy, drive, and a proactive approach to work.
